Our inspections follow this process:

Once mold testing services have been completed, we find the mold, we determine the cause of the mold, and we remove it. Our full process includes:

• Step 1: Containment. In order to prevent the mold spores from spreading further, we will first isolate the contaminated area. This is done by moving the items in your home as well as covering furniture and flooring with a tarp.
• Step 2: Removal. Once the area is isolated, our mold removal process can begin. We will first remove any porous materials that have been contaminated by the bacteria using a HEPA vacuum or wet/dry vacuum to minimize possible contact with workers.
• Step 3: Cleaning. Once all the mold is removed, we will clean away any residual mold with safe, appropriate cleaning agents in order to ensure that any harmful spores are killed and removed effectively.
• Step 4: Sanitization. We then sanitize the area by exposing it to high-temperature air or vapor in order to kill off all traces of remaining mold.
• Step 5: Restoration. Once this process is complete, we can begin the restoration process of any affected surfaces or articles, such as painting and flooring restoration. The job does not end here though! Our mold remediation services also include a thorough post-inspection by one of our experienced staff members to ensure that everything is back to its original condition.
